Ingredients:

For the Slimming Bars:

    • 1 cup of oatmeal
    • 2 apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
    • 100 ml of water
    • 2 tablespoons of flax seeds
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
    • 1 banana, mashed
    • 80 grams of raisins
    • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 80 grams of peanuts
  • Oil (for greasing)
