Find creature in a can of tuna.

We’ve always been told that tuna is one of the healthiest foods there is. Well, seafood in general. What we should know is that if we eat it fresh, there’s no doubt it’s very beneficial for our diet. However, when we choose to use canned tuna, its benefits may vary somewhat. Not to mention the preservatives it may contain, among other things, like the ones I’m about to tell you about.

A mother in the UK found something completely unexpected when she opened a can of Princess brand tuna. She found a small, unknown animal; when she opened the can, two small black eyes were staring at her.

According to the Nottingham Post, Zoe Butler complained to Princess about a strange, unidentified creature she found in one of their packages; it was already dead when Zoe opened the can. The company apologized for the incident.

According to experts from the Natural History Museum in London, the tiny marine creature could be a parasite called Cymothoa.
