Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Pasta Bake
Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, softened cream cheese, and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth and well-coated.
Add the cooked pasta to the chicken mixture, tossing until combined. Stir in mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle extra cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and drizzle with extra buffalo sauce if desired. Serve hot.
