Mushroom Meatballs

Melting Meatballs in Creamy Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients:
500g minced meat (beef or beef/pork mix)
1 œuf
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
50 grams cabbage
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
300g chopped Parisian mushrooms
20cl heavy sour cream
1 tablespoon old-fashioned mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
15cl poultry stock
Fresh parsley for garnish
