Toast the bread to your preferred crispiness.
Spread the cottage cheese evenly over the toast.
Layer the sliced tomatoes on top of the cottage cheese.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and a little olive oil if using.
Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
