Peach Ice Cream

1-In a large bowl, combine the peaches and sugar. Let it stand for one hour. The process the peach mixture in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary.
2-In a large bowl, stir together the evaporated milk and pudding mix. Stir in the peach puree, condensed milk and half and half. Refrigerate the peach ice cream custard until cold- 8 hours or overnight.
3-Pour the mixture into the freezer container of your ice cream maker. Process for 25 to 30 minutes, until the mixture turns into the consistency of ice cream. You may have too much liquid for the ice cream maker. It’s okay to process it two times.
4-Spoon into an airtight container and freeze until firm.
