Potatoes in Mississippi Mud

Cook the potatoes:
Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender, Drain and let cool slightly.
Mix the ingredients :
In a large bowl, combine the cooked potatoes, bacon, cheddar, crème fraîche, mayonnaise and green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking :
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until heated through and the cheese is melted.
