Pull-Apart Style Soft Air Fryer Potato Buns

Pull-Apart Style Soft Air Fryer Potato Buns
These are light, fluffy, and just a little buttery. It’s hard to stop at one.
What you need:
1 medium potato, boiled and mashed until smooth
Two cups of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tsp of yeast that works right away
Salt, ½ tsp
½ cup of warm milk
2 tablespoons of softened butter and 1 egg
To brush:
1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of milk
How to make them:
Boil your potato until it is soft, then mash it until there are no lumps. Give it some time to cool down.
Put the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl and mix them together. Add the butter, egg, warm milk, and mashed potato.
Now, stir everything together until it forms a soft dough. It will feel a little sticky, which is what you want.
Knead it for 8 to 10 minutes, or until it is smooth and stretchy.
Put a lid on it and let it sit for about an hour, or until it doubles in size.
