Rich Banana Bread Recipe
1. Preheat oven: Set to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
2. Mix wet ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in vanilla extract.
3. Add bananas: Mash ripe bananas with a fork until smooth and fold them into the wet mixture.
4. Mix dry ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
5. Combine: Gently fold the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until just combined (don’t overmix). Batter will be thick.
6. Bake: Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Cool & serve: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy warm or at room temperature
