Spinach and Feta Crisps

Step 1: Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, garlic powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Step 3: Form Crisps
Scoop small tablespoon-sized mounds onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
Flatten slightly into thin circles.
Step 4: Bake
Bake for 8-12 minutes or until edges are golden and crispy.
Step 5: Cool & Serve
Let cool for a few minutes to crisp up.
Enjoy as a snack or dip into ranch, sour cream, or marinara!
Tips:
✅ Use pre-cooked spinach (squeeze out excess water).
✅ Add cheddar for extra sharpness.
✅ Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
