Cinnamon Roll French Toast Roll-Up Delight
1 – Start by rolling each slice of bread flat with a rolling pin, then trim off the crusts.
2 – In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon. Spread this mixture onto each slice of bread, then roll them up tightly.
3 – In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
4 – Dip each rolled-up bread piece into the egg mixture, making sure it’s well-coated.
5 – Heat a buttered skillet over medium heat and pan-fry the roll-ups until all sides are crispy and golden brown.
