Gut-Healing Fruit Gummies
Prepare the Mold – Lightly grease heart-shaped silicone molds or use a 9×9-inch pan lined with parchment paper.
Warm the Juice – In a small saucepan, gently heat the fruit juice over low heat until warm but not boiling.
Bloom the Gelatin – Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the warm juice and let it sit for 1-2 minutes to absorb.
Whisk & Melt – Stir continuously over low heat until the gelatin fully dissolves. Do not boil, as it reduces the benefits of gelatin.
Sweeten & Flavor – Remove from heat and stir in the honey, lemon juice, and any optional ingredients.
Pour & Set – Carefully pour the mixture into the molds or pan. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or until firm and set.
Unmold & Enjoy – Gently pop the gummies out of the mold. If using a pan, cut into heart shapes with a cookie cutter.
Optional Sugar Coating – For a look similar to the image, lightly dust gummies with powdered monk fruit sweetener or fine coconut sugar.
