I haven’t had sugar in a year! Without sugar & flour!

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together the grated apples, mashed banana, water, blueberries, and raisins.
3. Add the oatmeal to the wet ingredients and stir until well combined. If you’re using spices, mix them in now.
4. Let the mixture sit for about 10-15 minutes to allow the oatmeal to absorb some of the moisture.
5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet. You can flatten them slightly with the back of a spoon.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
8. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
