  1. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender.
  2. Drain and mash them while still hot.
  3. Mix in butter, warm milk, salt, pepper, and chopped dill.
  4. Let cool slightly, then shape into nests (donuts with a hollow center) using your hands or a mold on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
